*Additional Time While On Trip: *Additional time can be added if there isn’t a trip after yours.
15-20 passenger $150/hour, 20-24 passenger $160/hour, 25-30 passenger $180 /hour. Anything over 15 minutes constitutes to the next hour.

• NO SMOKING ($250 CHARGE FOR SMOKE SMELL!!!)
• NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED!!!
• NO UNDERAGE DRINKING (21 years of age to consume alcohol)
• NO STANDING ON SEATS, IF SEATS ARE DAMAGED YOU WILL BE CHARGED!
• NO CLIMBING THE DANCING POLE, ONLY FOR HOLDING ONTO.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

S & T’s Party Bus Houston will strictly enforce federal laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned and operated by S & T’s Party Bus Houston. S & T’s Party Bus Houston will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The purchaser of this contract is responsible for his or her guests and any damages that are caused by the guests. S & T’s Party Bus Houston has a strict policy that will be implemented if someone throws up and will be charged $250. S & T’s Party Bus Houston recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. S & T’s Party Bus Houston will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles. S & T’s Party Bus Houston reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above/below request, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs’ requests in order to obey the rules in this contract. All the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without S & T’s Party Bus Houston acceptance. Any damage to the interior or exterior of the bus or equipment that is caused by an individual riding in the vehicle is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the S & T’s Party Bus Houston service due to such damage. S & T’s Party Bus Houston driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance. By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the party bus. By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that S & T’s Party Bus Houston employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride. All deposits and payments made to S and T’s Party Bus Houston are nonrefundable. Any additional payments made are nonrefundable but transferable to later date if agreed by management only. The only time a transfer is considered is due to a pandemic, natural disasters such as hurricanes and unforeseen events that may happen due to government agencies and mother nature. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of the total amount, via PayPal ONLY. If the trip isn’t paid in full 2 days before the pickup date, S and T’s Party Bus Houston has the right to cancel the trip. S & T’s Party Bus Houston will not start the job or continue due to extended time or the party not getting back on the bus with payment of the additional hour, if you run over 15 minutes you will be charged for an additional hour based on the bus. Therefore, the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is still fully responsible to pay the total amount if he fails to provide the above requirements. S & T’s Party Bus Houston shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control. Since S & T's Party Bus Houston offers high performance audio in the vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all the power-operated equipment might subject to failure. This will not interfere with the safety of the vehicles and as a result have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. S & T's Party Bus Houston guarantees that all vehicles are constantly examined to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible. S & T’s Party Bus Houston agrees to send the requested vehicles (pole or no pole) as offered in the contract. We have the right to switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if the vehicles are damaged, this too does not constitute to a partial or full refund. By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he or she is of age to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly while in the party bus. If, at any time, passengers under the age of 21 are found to be in possession of alcohol or found to have been consuming alcohol during service, the service shall be terminated. Any and all monies shall be forfeited. The driver has the option of returning to the point of pickup or ending the service at the point of infraction. If the vehicle rental is to be for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian. S & T’s Party Bus Houston is not responsible for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time before, during, or after the ride.
